Dr. Oreh has vast work experience spanning over twenty years. He started his career in investment banking with the Leeds Merchant Bank in 2000. He moved on to the oil and gas sector, where he has over eighteen years of experience spanning treasury, management accounts, audit and compliance, commercial negotiations, business development, and shipping. He has been privileged to work in many countries across Africa, Asia, and Europe such as Ghana, Angola, Indonesia, Pakistan, Italy, etc.
Dr. Oreh is a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators and the Nigerian Institute of Management. He was the Chairman of the Abuja district of the Institute of Business Development.
He has attended several courses from the Royal Institute of Public Administration, London United Kingdom, London Management Centre, United Kingdom, Petroconsult Energy, United Kingdom, Eni Corporate University, Rome, Italy, etc. He has carried out research in stakeholder relationship management, building sustainable businesses in the face of climate change, and has published articles in journals.

CHARITY WORK
Dr. Oreh is a man of the people. He has always had a passion for people and this passion drove him to establish the non-profit organization, Rafar World Outreach (RWO) www.rafarworldoutreach.org in 2011. Through this platform, he has undertaken several community development projects, not just in his hometown but in other towns across several states in Nigeria. Some of the community projects include:
In 2012, River Niger overflooded its banks and the towns along its bank were drastically affected. Hundreds of families were displaced from their homes. Atani, the headquarters of Ogbaru LGA in Anambra State was affected.
Dr. Oreh, on the platform of Rafar World Outreach, mobilized resources and took a truckload of relief materials to assuage the plight of the displaced people of Atani.
Youth Peace Project
In November 2012, RWO organized a soccer tournament and a conference for youth to foster peace and unity among warring youth factions in his community. This was a very successful intervention. Other soccer tournaments have been organized amongst the youth from different communities in Abam over the years and this has continued to foster peace in the area.
Widows Outreach
Over the years, Dr. Oreh has taken up the mandate to support indigent widows in his hometown of Ozu Abam. Consistently, since 2012 till date, relief materials are provided for widows to help ease the burden of being the breadwinners of their homes. Hundreds of widows have been beneficiaries of this philanthropic activity since 2013.
