NSCDC Ranks and Salary Structure
The NSCDC has the same salary structure as military forces ad police in Nigeria because they all have the same chain of command. The NSCDC salary structure for officers is based on the certificate qualification of an individual. For instance, HND holders are placed on level 7, Degree Holders are placed on Level 8, while Masters Holders are placed on Level 9.
