The candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) for Obingwa West State Constituency in Abia state, Hon. Erondu Uchenna Erondu Jnr., has unveiled his General Campaign Council. This is in preparation for the 2023 general election, as he tries to perfect plans that will give him the necessary victory.

The list of appointed members was unveiled on Tuesday, November 15, 2022. It was signed by Erondu Jnr., and made available to newsmen on the same. The list comprises of members of elders council, ward co-ordinators, women leaders, and media and publicity.

From the list of members, Hon. Chief Seth Agonmuo is set to serve as the Chairman, Chief Hon. Chidiebere Ihenyirimadu as the DG, while the former Chief Press Secretary of the Governor of Abia State, Enyinnaya Appollos, will serve as Director Contact and Mobilization. Elder Godwin Adindu will serve as Director, Media and Publicity.

The notable names that formed part of the Elders Council include; Pastor Rowland Nwosu (Leader), Elder Ezuche Ubani (Chairman), and Barr. A.C.T. Nkoro (Member).
