The “made in Aba” products has been existing in Nigeria for years, and with the emergence of Dr. Victor Okezie Ikpeazu as the governor of Abia state, the products have outgrown the local market as it now hits the international stae. This is simply because, one or the mission of his government is to promote the “made in Aba products”. Little wonder the governor addressed manufacturers in the state some weeks back, to start manufacturing Personal Protective Equipments (PPEs) in this trying times of COVID-19 pandemic.
The manufacturers has met up to the task, as they have started fishing out some “made in Aba” PPE to which can be worn by health workers and officials to combat the COVID-19 pandemic within the state and in Nigeria as a whole.

This is definitely a good step for the manufacturers in Abia state to produce locally made or “made in Aba” personal protective equipment to combat the spread of COVID-19 within the state and Nigeria at large.
