EXPOSED BEFORE EXECUTION: Obi Aguocha’s Media Team And Its Proposed Propaganda Against Rt. Hon. Chinedum Orji – By Mandate 27 Group
The game is already exposed, and the people of Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency deserve to know what is coming.

A message circulating from a WhatsApp group bearing the name Rt. Hon. Obi Aguocha Media Team outlines what its coordinator, identified in the screenshot as Chimex Umuawa, describes as the team’s strategy for the peak of the campaign season. The message speaks of developing strategic narratives to discredit opponents, creating propaganda, monitoring opposing candidates’ activities, and counteracting their political efforts. These are the words contained in the screenshot, and they raise legitimate questions about whether the team intends to engage the electorate through verifiable achievements or through a coordinated campaign of political attacks.
Unfortunately for those preparing these narratives, the opposition is not sleeping, and neither are the people.
We are aware of the strategy being discussed, and we are prepared to respond to every allegation with facts, verifiable records, and the scorecard of Rt. Hon. Engr. Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji, popularly known as Ikuku Ọma Abia. We will not be intimidated by manufactured controversies, coordinated attacks, or attempts to distract the electorate from the real issues. Where allegations are made, we will demand evidence. Where misleading claims are circulated, we will provide the necessary context. Where facts are distorted, we will set the record straight.
The difference between a serious political campaign and a propaganda operation is simple: one presents its achievements for public scrutiny, while the other depends on creating distractions around its opponents. If Obi Aguocha and his media team believe they have a stronger record of representation, they should present their verifiable projects, constituency interventions, legislative contributions, and measurable results for the people of Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency. The electorate deserves specifics, not slogans; evidence, not insinuations; and accountability, not a perpetual search for controversies involving political opponents.
As for Ikuku, our position remains clear: IKUKU DID ALL AND WILL DO MORE! His record and political contributions should be examined on their merits, and we are prepared to defend them with documented evidence rather than empty exchanges. No amount of coordinated messaging can permanently substitute for a convincing record of service, just as no volume of attacks can erase achievements that can be independently verified.
Let the media team understand that political monitoring works both ways. If they intend to scrutinise their opponents, the public is equally entitled to scrutinise their principal. If they intend to question another candidate’s record, they must be ready to have their own candidate’s record examined. Nobody should demand accountability from others while treating legitimate questions about their own representation as an act of hostility.
Our message to Obi Aguocha is straightforward: focus on the realities on the ground and prepare for the verdict of the electorate. The 2027 election will not be won merely by creating narratives against Ikuku or by filling social media with accusations. It will be determined by voters who want credible representation, tangible results, effective advocacy, and a representative who can demonstrate what he has done for them.
We have seen the warning signs. We understand the strategy being proposed. We are prepared to counter falsehoods with facts and defend Ikuku’s record with evidence. The campaign should be about service, not smears; performance, not propaganda; and the future of our constituency, not manufactured distractions.
Obi Aguocha and his media team should take note: we are prepared, we are watching, and we will respond with facts. Let the people compare the records and decide. If the electorate is dissatisfied with his representation, no propaganda strategy can shield him from the ballot box. The time for accountability is approaching, and the final decision belongs to the people of Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency.
