WHO WE ARE: A STRUCTURED ADVOCACY GROUP
Mandate 27 Group is not a crowd for hire, not a social media mob. We are a well structured Group whose aim is propagation of advocacy based on quality of representative, anchored on antecedents of candidates seeking to represent Ikwuano Umuahia Federal Constituency. Our structure is ward-based across 27 wards, polling unit to polling unit, with Research and Rapid Response desks. Our template was built for Ikwuano Umuahia but has capacity to spread beyond Ikwuano Umuahia Federal Constituency, because our brand of advocacy is transferable — facts travel.
OBJECTIVE SUPPORT, NOT BLIND WORSHIP
We have remained objective in our support and advocacy for Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji. We do not shout because we were paid to shout. We support because antecedents are verifiable. As Member representing Umuahia Central, as Majority Leader and as Speaker, he sponsored 17 Bills, built mini-stadiums, delivered transformers, paid fees, medical bills and institutionalized Direct Touch empowerment. We judged antecedent, not sentiment.
WE REFUSE GUTTER POLITICS
We shall not condescend to gutter talks and infantile politics. We present Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji as a better alternative with facts. If you say school certificate, we show FUTO Engineering Degree, FNSE, COREN. If you say project, we show delivery note. This is strategic communication, not insult.
WE CRITIQUE TO CORRECT
We have refused to respond to propaganda but we critique and engage persons of interest to enable them sit up. When a transformer donated for Umuda was left uncovered in a private compound since 2023 till water permeated it and oil unaccounted for in 2026, we did not abuse the custodian; we told him to sit up and install it for Ndi Umuda. That is advocacy — correct, not destroy.
NOT FOR POWER SAKE, BUT FOR MORE SERVICE
We are not presenting Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji for power’s sake but for more service to Ndi Ikwuano Umuahia Federal Constituency based on same antecedents. State service was prototype. Federal service will be scale. Ikwuano needs federal roads to farms, Umuahia needs federal jobs, legislative interface with South East Development Commission and power infrastructure. He has been tested at State and is needed at Federal.
NO HATE, BUT WE PUNCTURE LIES
We shall not propagate hate but must at all times puncture every lie against Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji. We also shall not allow His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Theodore Ahamefula Orji to be disrespected in the name of 2027 politics which will come and go. 2027 is an election, not a license to rewrite history. We shall allow Ndi Ikwuano Umuahia Federal Constituency to vote according to their consciences — but conscience must be educated with truth.
RESPECT FOR OCHENDO AND LEGISLATIVE RECORD
It would amount to examining the state of sanity of whoever, in the name of politics, opines that His Excellency Distinguished Senator Theodore Ahamefula Orji did not make reasonable impacts as Governor based on what he met on ground, and Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji as Leader and Speaker respectively.
For clarity: Amachara General Hospital was opened in 1932. Ochendo did not build it from scratch; he massively re-equipped, modernised and expanded it as pilot specialist hospital for Abia Central, adding administrative block, house officers hostel, 100-bed ward housing ICU, cardiac centre and modern laboratory. He used SURE-P funds to build general hospitals with doctors’ houses. ABSUTH Aba was formally relocated to its permanent site and opened in 2007 by Dr Orji Uzor Kalu, having been established by Edict in 1994. Ochendo’s role was massive re-equipping and modernisation as specialist hospital for Abia South.
Beyond health, Ochendo gave Umuahia a capital face: State Secretariat, International Conference Centre, Judiciary Complex, e-Library, relocation of three major markets from city centre, and road networks across Umuahia and Aba. As Speaker, Chinedum Orji led the most peaceful and productive Assembly, with regular salary and Bills that touched lives. To deny these is amnesia, not opposition.

Our brand of advocacy is based on facts, not propaganda and hypocrisy. We do not demand what we cannot show. If we ask for scorecard, we have scorecard. If we ask for certificate, we have certificate.

OUR CONVICTION CHOICE
Finally, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji is our choice, not based on blind support but conviction. Our support base is spread across Ikwuano Umuahia Federal Constituency — in Ikwuano, in Umuahia North, in Umuahia South. We are confident that the people shall give Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji their mandate come 2027, because when facts are placed side by side, quality is clear.
