PUBLIC STATEMENT: I, TOO, ACCUSE OBI AGUOCHA OF SELLING OUR 2 TRAILER LOADS OF PALLIATIVE RICE – INCLUDE ME IN YOUR LAWSUIT.

My name is Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji. I hail from Amaokwe Ugba Ibeku in Umuahia North Local Government of Abia State, Nigeria.

You Sold Our 2 Trailer Loads of FG Palliative Rice, Sue Me Alongside Evulogu - Chinedum Orji Dares Obi Aguocha

I have read Obi Aguocha’s press statement of today where he cried about cyberbullying and threatened legal action against Chief Charles Ogbonna Evulogu Ibeku for saying Obi Aguocha sold palliative rice, provided by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to cushion the effects of petroleum subsidy removal.

I want to say openly and without equivocation:

Hon Obi Aguocha sold our 2 trailer loads of Federal Government palliative rice meant for the poor people of Ikwuano, Umuahia North and Umuahia South Federal Constituency.

You did not share it. You sold it to Anambra businessmen. There is no distribution list. There is no Ward breakdown. There is no village breakdown. There is no phone number of any poor widow in Ariam, Oboro, Oloko, Ibeku, Ohuhu, Ubakala, Olokoro who received it.

If you shared it, publish the following:

  1. How many bags per Ward in Ikwuano, Umuahia North, Umuahia South?
  2. Names of Village Heads who collected?
  3. Date of sharing and pictures?

You have none. Because you sold it.

For three years and some months, Obi Aguocha has called His Excellency Distinguished Senator Theodore Ahamefula Orji and my humble self, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji criminals every day without any court judgement from Abia State High Court Umuahia – Justice Lilian Abai, Chief Judge, Suit HU/69C/2024. We pleaded not guilty on February 28, 2025. There is no conviction.

You and your goons also pushed the ev!l lie that I, Rt Hon Chinedum Orji was battered by the Military and flown overseas. That is cyberbullying.

Now when we ask about our rice, you cry cyberbullying.

THIS IS MY CHALLENGE:

Obi Aguocha, I am not hiding. Include me in that legal action you threatened. Sue me together with Evulogu Ibeku. Sue me. Take me to Abia State High Court Umuahia tomorrow.

I will come to court with market women from Ndoro, with youths from Umudike, with elders from Ibeku. You come with your rice distribution list and your conviction judgement that says Orjis are criminals.

Let the court decide:

Did you sell our rice or did you share it?

Until you sue me and prove sharing, I maintain:

YOU SOLD OUR 2 TRAILER LOADS OF RICE.

No amount of press statement about cyberbullying will cover malnutritious representation.

Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji
All Progressives Congress Candidate, Ikwuano Umuahia Federal Constituency.
