A Brief Review of National Open University in Nigeria (NOUN)

The National Open University of Nigeria was established in July 1983 as an Open and Distance Learning (ODL) institution. However, the University got a suspension by the Federal Military Government in the year 1984, and it did not take off again until the year 2002 during the administration of the former President, Olusegun Obasanjo.
