FURTHER REPLY TO GODWIN ASIEGBU: THE INFANTILE LIES OF A SCORELESS CAMP HAVE COLLAPSED AGAIN

BY MANDATE 27 GROUP

We have read the infantile press release signed by one Godwin Asiegbu masquerading as “Concerned Abians in Diaspora” but written clearly from the failing media hut of Obi Aguocha, the incumbent representation of Ikwuano/Umuahia Federal Constituency. It is another textbook example of their only pastime: lies manufacturing. When a man has no scorecard, no stewardship, no single project to defend after three years, he manufactures lies against Rt. Hon. Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji. That factory has collapsed again, exposing crass emptiness and lilliputian illiteracy.

Further Reply to Godwin Aisegbu: The Infantile Lies of a Scoreless Camp Have Collapsed Again

YOUR FIRST LIE: THE AUTONOMY MYTH IS YOUR IGNORANCE

Godwin Asiegbu called financial autonomy of the State House of Assembly “self-serving largesse” and “sharing among insiders.” That infantile analysis exposes your ignorance of legislative practice. Financial autonomy of State Legislatures is a national reform championed by the Conference of Speakers, by the Nigerian Governors Forum, by President Buhari who signed Executive Order 10, and by the entire democracy community. It is not Orji’s invention. It is to free the legislature from the apron strings of the executive so it can do oversight on unpaid salaries, broken healthcare, and decay you pretend to care about.

Chinedum Orji implemented in Abia what progressive States implemented. Calling autonomy “largesse for insiders” is like calling judiciary autonomy largesse for judges. It is illiterate. The same autonomy you abuse is what allowed Abia Assembly to pass budgets and screen commissioners without begging from executive. If you think autonomy is self-serving, then you have just confessed that your principal Obi Aguocha does not understand why legislature must be independent. No wonder his representation is empty.

YOUR SECOND LIE: THE NNAMDI KANU BLACKMAIL IS CHEAP

You said Orji never spoke up for his brother Mazi Nnamdi Kanu despite being Speaker from same constituency. This is the most desperate, infantile blackmail. You want to drag IPOB sentiment into Ikwuano/Umuahia 2027 because you have no scorecard.

Let us set record straight. Chinedum Orji as Speaker was presiding officer of a State legislature. The matter of Nnamdi Kanu is a federal security and court matter before the Federal Government. No State House of Assembly has jurisdiction to free a federal detainee. If speaking recklessly was capacity, every beer parlour speaker would have solved it.

What Orji did as Speaker was what a statesman does: maintain peace in Abia, prevent bloodshed, ensure Umuahia capital was not turned into war zone, and work with Ohanaeze for political solution. That is courage, not cowardice. Your principal Obi Aguocha who is in the Green Chamber where such matters can be raised by motion, what has he done? Has he moved one motion for political solution? Zero. He is in Abuja where it matters and has done cho cho cho. Yet you attack a former Speaker for not doing what your principal has failed to do where he has power. Infantile.

YOUR THIRD LIE: TRANSFORMER SMOKESCREEN IS YOUR AUDIO LEADERSHIP

You call transformers “bare-minimum” and “audio gesture.” Ndi Ikwuano/Umuahia laugh. For three years, your bare-minimum incumbent could not provide even that bare-minimum. If transformer is easy trick, why didn’t Obi Aguocha do the easy trick? Why is your principal now lying that Orji removed transformers that are still standing?

The communities listed have confirmed: transformers are there, installed, connected. EEDC trucks came because communities applied for connection after installation. That is process. Your “sustainable institutional growth” and “legislative frameworks” is grammar that cannot power one bulb. Your institutional growth has no institution to show in Ikwuano, no allocation to show in Umuahia North, no project that outlives press release in Umuahia South. Audio leadership indeed.

THE REAL ISSUE: OBI AGUOCHA HAS NOTHING TO CAMPAIGN WITH

Godwin Asiegbu, let us call a spade a spade. Obi Aguocha has nothing to campaign with and he knows the people have rejected him. That is why you write from Diaspora.

Ceteris paribus, all things being equal, remove lies and show scorecard:

What bill did he sponsor that passed second reading?
What federal project did he facilitate for erosion in Ikwuano?
What federal jobs did he secure for Umuahia youths?
When last did he hold town hall in his constituency?

Silence. Nothing. Zero. That is why resort to cho cho cho.

CONCLUSION: THE PEOPLE HAVE REJECTED LIES, THEY WANT CAPACITY

Your press release is signed “Concerned Abians in Diaspora” but you are not concerned, you are contracted. You are contracted to manufacture lies because visible rejection is starring your principal in the face. From Ariam to Oloko, from Ibeku to Ohuhu, the resolve is firm.

Ndi Ikwuano/Umuahia are not fools. They remember history, yes. They remember that Orji as Speaker never owed any Assembly worker. They remember his direct touch. They remember that when Umuahia needed a voice, he was voice. They also remember that in three years of Obi Aguocha, they have only heard audio.

2027 will not be decided by infantile lies about autonomy or blackmail about Nnamdi Kanu. It will be decided by who can deliver. EEDC trucks cannot buy repral accord, but EEDC trucks prove transformers are real, while your scorecard is audio.

Truth has triumphed again. The transformers stand. The lies have collapsed. And come 2027, Rt. Hon. Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji, capacity itself, will replace incompetence, audio leadership, and cho cho cho.

BRING IT ON.
