Odion Ighalo, the former Super Eagles of Nigeria striker, sealed a 6-month deal with Manchester United on the deadline day of the January transfer window. His move to Old Trafford was a “dream come true” as claimed by the Ajegunle born super star.
In a quest to boost his attacking side, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has to sign the Nigeria forward because he believes his attacking prowes will be an added advantage to the team, especially in the absence of Marcus Rashford.
Ighalo travelled to Manchester within the week, and today the club has revealed the Jersey number he will have on the back of his shirt.
As you can see from official image above, Ighalo will be wearing Jersey number 25 for Manchester United. If you will remember, he is the first Nigerian to play for Manchester United.
As Manchester United will be playing Chelsea FC in their next match at Stanford Bridge, let us see if Ighalo will make the center stage.
