In the heart of Isiala Ngwa South, a remarkable transformation is taking place, one that brings hope, dignity, and a brighter future to those who have often been overlooked. The Sampson Ahuchaogu Foundation, with its unwavering commitment to making a positive impact, is extending a helping hand to the community’s most vulnerable members – people living with disabilities.

On Tuesday, 25th October, 2023, Mr. Ahuchaogu Uche Sampson through his Sampson Ahuchaogu Foundation met with people living with disabilities at Mkpuka civic Hall and shared the sum of Eight Thousand Naira (#8,000) each to over eighty three (83) disabled persons in Isiala Ngwa South.

The Foundation also continued the sharing of the sum of Eight Thousand Naira (#8,000) each to 100 indigent families in Isiala Ngwa South Local government.

Members of the team, Hon. Darlington Ahuruonye, Comr. Justice Ejikoma , Comr. Bethel Agbara and Hon. Obinna Uruakpa, and Hon. David Johnson coordinating Mbutu, OV-OV, Nvosi and Amaobi blocs respectively stated that the gesture is in line with the Foundation’s Vision, to be a transformative organization highly focused on improving the quality of lives. They maintained that the gesture was designed to cushion the negative effects of the removal of fuel Subsidy in our country as it has attracted untold hardship to our people.

The team visited the four (4) blocs (Nvosi, OV-OV, Mbutu and Amobi) in Isiala Ngwa South and shared the palliative accordingly.

Recall that the team had on 19th July, 21st August, 25th September 2023 done the first, second and third batch of this outreach where they visited the 4 blocs and handed over cash gifts to the indigent families.

Highpoints of the event are;

  1. Five hundred thousand naira (#500,000) medical assistance to Mr. Okwuoma kelechi whose father is suffering from prostrate cancer.
  2. Two hundred thousand naira (#200,000) medical assistance to the father of Mrs Akudo Alozie who is suffering from prostrate cancer.
  3. Two hundred thousand naira (#200,000) medical assistant to Mrs Nnamdi Erendu for dialysis as she’s about to undergo kidney transplant.

The beneficiaries expressed happiness over the gesture and extolled their benefactor Mr. Sampson uche Ahuchaogu for remembering them at this critical period. They prayed God to continually bless him and his family. Highlights of the event includes handover of the cash gifts to them and prayer session.
