Since the confirmation of a reported case of Coronavirus in Egypt yesterday, many citizens of the rest African countries have been set agog as tension has risen amongst many. Nigerians at large, are not left out in this euphoria.
The tension increases further when two suspected carriers of the novel Coronavirus arrived Nigeria. But the good news is that the claim has been placed at rest, as the two suspected carrier who came from China has tested negative to the virus on Saturday, February 15, 2020.
Before the confirmation of the test result, Nigerians were thrown into panic when report emerged that the country has recorded it’s first Coronavirus case.
Egypt is the first African country to report a Coronavirus case, and up till now, no other African country has reported a case of the deadly virus.
