ABIA AT 35: I Celebrate Abia’s Heritage, Unity & Progress
Today, I, Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji, join the Governor of our dear state, His Excellency, Dr Alex Chioma Otti (OFR), and the good people of Abia State, at home and in the diaspora, to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the creation of our dear state.
For 35 years, Abia has remained a land of enterprise, resilience, talent, culture, and immense potential. From our hardworking traders and entrepreneurs to our farmers, professionals, students, artisans, and public servants, the people of Abia have continued to demonstrate the strength and spirit that make our state special.
As we commemorate this milestone, we must also reflect on the journey so far and renew our collective commitment to building an Abia where every citizen has the opportunity to thrive, where our young people can look to the future with confidence, and where good governance, development, peace, and prosperity remain our shared priorities.
With unity of purpose, visionary leadership, and the determination of our people, we can unlock the full potential of Abia and leave a stronger, more prosperous state for generations to come.
